Welcome to ROHHZ, a brand operated by House of Arts. Throughout this site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ROHHZ / House of Arts. By visiting our website [www.rohhz.com] or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any policies referenced herein.

1. Our Philosophy & Eligibility

At ROHHZ, every creation is crafted with love, care, and attention to detail, curated exclusively for you. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements. Our products and Services are for personal use only; any unlawful use is strictly prohibited.

2. Orders, Payments & Accuracy

  • All garments are bespoke and custom-made, created uniquely for each client. Orders are confirmed only upon full payment and cannot be canceled.

  • Prices are in INR and may change without prior notice.

  • Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date account, billing, and

    shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or intended for resale.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Complimentary Shipping: Domestic orders above ₹25,000 enjoy free shipping. Standard shipping charges apply for orders below this amount.

  • DeliveryTimelines:

  1. Domestic bespoke garments: 4–5 week
  2. International bespoke garments: 5–7 weeks (customs may affect delivery)

  • Priority requests may be accommodated via +91 60031 86003/ 011- 46565883

  • ROHHZ / House of Arts is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

    4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Garments: Each piece is crafted exclusively for you, making it non- returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Accessories: Eligible for return/exchange if unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags intact, within 7 daysof delivery. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • Refunds: No refunds are offered. Eligible accessory returns may be exchanged or credited for future purchases.

  • International Orders: No returns, exchanges, or refunds. 5. Intellectual Property & User Content

  • All content on this website —including designs, images, text, and logos— is owned by ROHHZ / House of Arts. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

  • By submitting comments, ideas, or feedback, you grant ROHHZ / House of Arts the right to use, publish, and distribute them without obligation or compensation.

    6. Third-Party Links & Tools

  • ROHHZ/House of Arts may provide links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. 

  • Use of third-party tools is at your own risk. 7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” 

  • ROHHZ / House of Arts shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the website or products.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROHHZ/House of Arts and its associates from claims arising from violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

  • Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
