•  Complimentary Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping within India on all orders above ₹35,000. Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below this amount.

• Bespoke & Custom Garments: Since all ROHHZ garments are tailor-made, delivery timelines vary between 4–12 weeks depending on the design, detailing, and customization.

  2. International Orders: 5–12 weeks (subject to customs

clearance delays)

• Dispatch & Splits: Depending on order size, customization, and product weight your shipment may be split into multiple packages. Final shipping details will be available on your cart/checkout page.

• Delays: While we work with leading logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur during festivals, national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will strive to deliver at the earliest possible timeframe.

• Remote/Outlier Locations: If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will reach out to arrange the best alternative solution.

• International Shipping: Available at a nominal fee through our global logistics partners. Delivery timelines are 10–14 working days post-dispatch. Please note:

  • Any customs duty, brokerage fee, or taxes imposed by the destination country must be borne by the customer.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable on international orders.
